Joe Chambers

Associate Pastor Of Childen & Youth

Joe and His wife Emily Chambers have been serving in Youth ministry for several years. Joe loves to play sports or any game and has a deep passion for relational ministry. He desires to follow God with all his heart and serve in every opportunity presented. Joe is originally from Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, then moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee to pursue a bachelor’s degree in communication.

Bonnie Walker

Administrative Assistant

Bonnie has served alongside her husband for over 20 years as a Pastor’s wife until 2019 when he decided to return to school and become a licensed Counselor. When Bonnie wasn’t staying home raising her 3 children, she worked in various public schools and universities as an Administrative Assistant, Financial Technician, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bookkeeper, Principal’s Secretary, and Special Needs Assistant. Her hobbies are spending time with her family, art, reading, and sewing. Bonnie and David are members of Stevens Street Baptist Church and live in Cookeville. She has worked part-time as the Administrative Assistant at Bear Cove Baptist since July 2023. They are very excited to become first-time grandparents in October 2024.
